Rental

We are happy to provide furniture rental services for photography or videography purposes if you are in need of using furniture products in a short term. Please email us for a quote or for any other inquiries at hello@zerofurniture.vn, or via Contact

You can refer to our rental process as follows:

1. RENTAL FEE

a. For available products

Rental time: 3 days (72 hours).
Rental fee: 20% of retail cost (excluding packaging and shipping costs).

b. For products that are not available

Rental time: 3 days (72 hours).
You can choose the material or fabric color according to Zero’s catalog. Estimated production time: 10-12 days (this time may vary depending on product type, quantity and capacity of factory)
Rental fee: 35% of retail cost (excluding packaging and shipping costs). 

2. PACKING AND DELIVERY/RETURN OF PRODUCTS

a.Packing and delivering products

A full deposit is required before picking up the goods.
We do not provide packing and shipping services. Please contact professional movers to pack and ship the goods; and will require at least two peole for oversized items.

b. Returning products

When returning the product, we will confirm the product’s condition. If the product is intact, we will refund the remaining amount to the customer. If the returned product is in its original condition, we both will exchange based on the degree of damage of the product to calculate the most reasonable cost
