Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you confirmed your order. If you cancel your order after this time, the deposit will not be refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we have no plans to expand our market to other countries. We will notify customers as soon as there is an update on this.
What are the shipping costs?
We work with different logistics partners, depending on the region of delivery. This service does not include item assembly or removal of pallets and packaging. All costs related to the transportation of goods, including costs incurred if any (eg, transporting goods upstairs, ...) will be paid directly by the customer with the logistics partner. Do you have a policy for interior designers, architects, builders?
We have a cooperation policy for interior architects/ designers/ builders. Please contact us to receive an email regarding this Policy.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Forms of payment by credit card or through intermediary payment units such as Paypal have not been implemented by us. For more information of how to pay, please visit our Product Policy page.

Where are Zero products made?
We manufacture our own furniture products in Vietnam.
Can I change the color, material or size of the product?
Of course we want to bring products that are right for you. Therefore, please contact us for specific advice on product color, material andsize.
Do you create custom products?
We welcome enquiries regarding custom products. Please call us to discuss your project.
Can I order spare parts?
We have spare parts available for most of our products (screw, nut, rubber feet, cap leg or bolts), with a few exceptions. Please contact us if the spare part is required.
