- Our payment terms are:
50% on deposit to place order or schedule production. -
Within Ho Chi Minh city: Balance and shipping fees (if any) will be paid upon completion of delivery.
Outside Ho Chi Minh city: The balance will be paid before the scheduled delivery, shipping fee will be
paid upon completion of delivery. -
Orders can be stored by Zero Furniture for a limited time. Customer must notify us of the expected storage period.
Goods remain the property of Zero Furniture until full payment has been received.

Delivery Time
- For customers living in Ho Chi Minh city, delivery time will be limited within 48 hours for available items, or 7 — 10 days for
unavailable items (excluding weekend and public holidays) after order received. -
For customers locating outside of Ho Chi Minh city, the delivery time to your specified destination depends on the distance
from the warehouse to the destination. The delivery time is usually not longer than a week. For deliveries that require change

We schedule shipments with the contact details provided at checkout (name of recipient, phone number, delivery address).
Always make sure the information provided at checkout is correct to avoid unnecessary delays for your delivery. -
Please note that if you placed an order for products with different dispatch times the full order might be on hold until your
entire order is available to be dispatched.
Freight
- For orders within Ho Chi Minh city
We offer free of charge for installation and transportation for all orders. A portage surcharge may be incurred for orders that
need to be transported from the 2nd floor and above without elevator. -
For orders outside Ho Chi Minh city
We work with different logistics partners, depending on the region of delivery. This service does not include item assembly or
removal of pallets and packaging. All costs related to the transportation of goods, including costs incurred if any
(ex.: transporting goods upstairs, ...) will be paid directly by the customer to the logistics partner. -
Our logistics partner will contact you before the delivery with a proposed delivery date and time frame. Customers can
reschedule if the time frame is not convenient. If you are not available at the agreed time of delivery, your item may be
returned to the warehouse. If your shipment has been returned to the warehouse, please discuss to the carrier or contact us at
(+84) 901 999 903 to arrange a new shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply in this case.
Cancellation & Order Edits
As soon as an order is received we prepare it for shipping (unless a later delivery date was requested). However, if the
customer would like to change the order, please contact us within 12 hours after confirming the order.

Return policy
- We always strive to bring the best products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it in its original condition within 3 days of receipt. -
We reserve the right to refuse returned items in the event of damage or misuse by the client. Delivery fees are non-refundable,
unless the product is defective from the manufacturer or the carrier.

If your order has been returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful deliveries, you can request a refund minus the
cumulative shipping costs for the order or we may resend the order after the shipping cost has been all paid. -
